This Privacy Policy explains how Linkx Ai Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Done. mobile application (the "App"). We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Using Done. requires an account. You can sign in with Google, or with an email address and password which we verify by sending you a confirmation link, through Firebase Authentication (a Google service). Sign in with Apple may also be offered on iOS. We receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier.
During onboarding we ask for your name, age and gender, and optionally your occupation and goals. We use this to personalise your reflections and suggestions. You may choose "prefer not to say" for gender, and occupation is optional.
Your tasks, journal entries, mood and energy check-ins, hydration logs, saved quotes, goals and app settings are stored on your device. If you sign in, this content is also backed up to Cloud Firestore (a Google service) so it can sync across your devices. Backups are stored in Google's London (europe-west2) region.
We show ads through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob may collect device identifiers (including advertising identifiers), IP address, and information about your interaction with ads. On iOS we ask for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking for personalized ads.
If you enable reminders, we schedule local notifications on your device. We do not send remote/push notifications.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: "Ads" / reset advertising ID; iOS: "Tracking" and "Privacy"). On iOS, if you decline tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
Content stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Cloud backups remain until you delete your data or request account deletion (see below). Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policies.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
You are in control of your data:
Done. is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your backups are stored in the UK region, but our service providers (Google, Apple) may process data on servers in other countries. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data in transit is encrypted, and cloud backups are protected by security rules that restrict access to your own account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
