Delete your account

Applies to the Done. mobile app by Linkx Ai Ltd

You can delete your Done. account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From inside the app (immediate)

  1. Open Done. and go to the Journey tab.
  2. Scroll to Settings and tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.
  4. You will be asked to sign in once more, to confirm it is really you.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot recover the data afterwards.

2. By email

If you can no longer access the app or sign in, email services@linkxai.ai from the email address on your account, asking us to delete it. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited record of the deletion request itself where we are required to do so by law, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob, and any subscription or payment records held by Google Play, are controlled by Google and retained according to their own policies — deleting your Done. account does not delete those. To manage a subscription, use your Google Play account settings.
