These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Done. mobile application (the "App"), provided by Linkx Ai Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Done. is a personal productivity and wellbeing app that helps you track tasks, capture reflections, and notice small wins. Using the App requires an account, so that your content can be backed up and synced across your devices.
Not medical or professional advice. Done. supports everyday wellbeing and organisation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, mental-health, or professional advice. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or, in an emergency, your local emergency services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App.
An account is required to use the App. You can sign in with Google, or create an account with an email address and password, which we verify by sending a confirmation link. Sign in with Apple may also be offered on iOS. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for the content you create in the App. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from Journey → Settings → Account → Delete account.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it by unauthorised means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You own the content you create in the App (tasks, journal entries, and similar). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, and sync that content to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models or sell it.
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. We may offer optional paid features ("Premium") in the future. Any purchases will be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by those stores. Prices and features may change.
The free App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. Your use of the App is subject to the advertising and tracking choices described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that data backups will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkx Ai Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
